Well if you've followed my views on Jeff Fisher then you probably already know that I do not think he is the coach to correct them.
As the counselor noted, its been his calling card throughout his career. Poorly disciplined teams are what he's known for.
As I have said many times, he's from the Buddy Ryan tree. He thrives on building a squad of tough teams that are more bravado than smarts.
He wants to intimidate, be bigger and more physical than you. And if one of his players happen to stomp on a players hand, or get a few PF's that lose games...just the cost of doing business.
That's who he IS.
